Day 01 - Reach Leh, Rest and acclimatize
Day 02 - Sightseeing around Leh
Day 03 - Drive from Leh to Matho Village & Trek to Matho Chu (3800m) / Trek 2-3hrs
Day 04 - Trek from Matho Village to Gangpoche (4200m) Trek 3-4hrs
Day 05 - Trek from Gangpoche to Mankarmo (4350m) Trek 4-5hrs
Day 06 - Trek from Mankarmo to StokKangri Base camp (4975m) Trek 3-4hrs
Day 07 - Excursion to High point & back (Height Gain)
Day 08 - Rest through the day & climb for the summit in the Midnight Trek 12-15hrs or more
Day 09 - Return to base camp by afternoon & rest at base
Day 10 - Trek from base camp to Stok Village & drive back to Leh Trek 6-7hrs, Drive 1hr
Day 11 - Fly out from Leh
An identification card (like Driving License, Voters ID card, Passport etc), along with a photocopy, Passport Size Photos, a Medical Certificate and Disclaimer Certificate.
All mentioned DOCUMENTS are MANDATORY, without which you won’t be allowed to trek.
Physical preparation is mandatory for this trek. Regular Jogging, Stretching Exercises, Cardio Exercises.
To protect you from cold, dressing in layers is the ‘Catch’. Two T-shirts worn one over the other is warmer than a T-shirt that is thick. 3 T-shirts worn one over the other is as good as a full sweater. This is just a suggestion. If you are prone to cold carry an extra sweater.Not suitable for: Heart Patient, paralyzed Patient, pregnant women, Asthmatics or any other medical conditions that limits person from participating in adventure sports.
